Support, The Key To Delegating Effectively

Motivate your employees Organize and better control your time Prioritize your missions 2 – Analyze its missions, tasks and objectives One of the main reasons for delegating is the workload. We are often overwhelmed by the volume and diversity of our assignments. Delegating then becomes the ideal solution to offload certain tasks and free up time to deal with others. But which ones? Delegation is a good opportunity to take stock of your missions: priority, complexity, sensitivity, objectives, skills necessary to carry them out … Once this analysis has been carried out, to delegate effectively, focus on the tasks you are the only one who can manage. This way you get the list of actions for which your supervision is sufficient and delegation is possible.

3 – Choose the right employee profile Identifying the right missions is one thing, choosing the right people to carry them out is another. The selection of profiles is a crucial step to delegate effectively. The challenge is to find the person with the experience, technical and personal skills to carry out the mission in a harmonious relationship. Getting started: the first success factor in effectively delegating 4 – Clearly define the missions to be delegated Before transmitting the missions you wish to delegate, take the time to clearly define: the means available the field of action the objectives to be achieved the deadlines to be respected the order of priority of this task Be careful not to give only unwanted tasks. If you want to delegate effectively, don’t just delegate tasks below the level of experience of your employees. 5 – Communicate the missions to his collaborator.
